Reflective Supervision
for the Whole System
Community Cohort 2 • May 2026 - October 2026 • For Teams of 2-5
This 6-month learning series supports organizations and systems ready to move beyond individual reflective supervision skills toward sustainable, organization-wide implementation. Together we'll explore ways to strengthen planning, leadership, administrative practices, and organizational structures needed to embed relationship-based reflective supervision into everyday work at all levels. The focus is on systems, culture, and shared responsibility for reflective practice.
