Reflective Supervision
for the Whole System
A 6-month training designed for organizational teams and leaders who want to embed reflective supervision into the fabric of their agencies. Track II equips participants with the tools to strengthen culture, support staff, and sustain reflective practice across programs and systems.

Format
This training includes:

6 learning block sessions (3-hours virtual each)

4 90-minute small group “community of learners” sessions
-
One team mentoring session with an NCRSP faculty member

Approx. 15 hours of independent reflection activities (reading, journaling, video learning)
