Reflective Supervision
for the Whole Job
An intensive 8-month training for supervisors who are ready to deepen their reflective practice. This program builds skills for the “whole job” — balancing administrative and clinical roles, strengthening supervisory relationships, and supporting staff through the complex realities of their work. Participants will gain tools to reduce burnout, foster resilience, and create stronger, more connected teams.
Program Details
Format
An 8-month intensive training with:

16 2-hour virtual Learning Blocks, held twice a month

7 90-minute small group community of practice sessions
-
Approx. 15 hours of independent reflection activities (reading, journaling, video learning)

One individual mentoring session with an NCRSP faculty member
Who Should Attend
This training is for supervisors who:

Have completed introductory reflective supervision training (ie: Foundations)

Want to strengthen their reflective stance across the “whole job” — administrative and clinical roles

Serve in early childhood, education, health care, child welfare, or other helping professions

Tuition: $2000 per participant​
