Holding Tension: Ethical Practice in Reflective Supervision & Leadership
When the path forward isn’t clear, how do you decide what’s right? Even with clear policies, strong values, and good intentions, professionals often face situations with no perfect answer — only choices that require thoughtful consideration, care, and responsibility. This workshop explores how reflective capacities — like self-awareness, shared inquiry, attention to parallel process, and tolerance for ambiguity — support ethical decision-making across leadership, supervision, and direct practice roles.

Join us as we examine ethical foundations, boundaries, and responsibilities that guide reflective practice and professional relationships.
