Foundations:
Reflective Supervision
for the Whole Professional
This five-session series introduces the foundations of reflective supervision — what it is, why it matters, and how it strengthens relationships and professional growth. Participants will explore key concepts, practice reflective skills and inquiry strategies, and learn how to navigate emotions, ethics, and cultural responsiveness in supervision. The series closes with strategies for sustaining reflective practice in everyday work, helping supervisors foster resilience, reduce burnout, and build stronger teams.
